New pavement

The street in front of the house looks good. Jill says they do this every year, which is really odd. But if the interstate has a closure, which apparently is often, traffic is diverted here. That'll tear up your road.

I haven't driven on it yet. They just finished a day ago. At least it looks good and will be nice to drive on. But the construction noise and smell wasn't pleasant.
