Ready for takeoff

A quiet Sunday morning -  I tidied up various bit and pieces and consigned some to the bin. - KG was  busy in the garden.  When he came in I noticed a pair of goldfinches on the  feeder - by the time I got my camera one had flown but the other stayed a bit longer and just after I clicked the shutter he flew away so you have a slightly blurred goldfinch  -this is the squirrel proof feeder and so far the squirrel hadn't managed to get to it!  - this is the only picture I have taken today.  KG  was playing in a boules tournament this afternoon and I watched the race.  It was a nice morning but unfortunately a wet afternoon
