Artichoke

We visited Toms mum this morning and I helped her pick out an outfit for a family wedding at the end of July.
A quick trip to our local garden centre to collect yet more compost meant a little more gardening.


In the afternoon we went to Castle Carrock where they had an open garden and art weekend going on. It was a lovey way to spend Sunday afternoon.


I made a roast veg and pepper with fruity couscous for dinner, it was a Joe Wicks recipe from Gusto - very tasty and extremely filling.
