But At Least We Got To Admire The Sunrise

It was a somewhat eventful journey home as due to a technical hitch with the computers at Manchester Airport check in earlier in the day that created huge delays, we were delayed at Marrakesh airport for 4 hours. Luckily it wasn’t an uncomfortable airport to be stuck in and we were given plenty of food and drink, we were also befriended by a group of fellow travellers and the time passed fairly quickly.

The main problem was that it meant that instead of being home and tucked up in bed just after midnight, we were driving across the M62 as the sun was coming up and didn’t get home until 4.30am....but at least we got to admire the sunrise.

Today was a rather quiet day as a result, although most of it was spent packing up Eldest ready for him to move down South tomorrow to start his one year industrial placement for a pharmaceutical company.
