A dull day

My mood today matched pretty well with this photo, so I wasn't up for much.  And yet I managed to make meatloaves, just slogging through the process; I made a double recipe and since I was out of clean muffin cups, I used half of it to make an actual full-size shallow meatloaf - I hope it cooked through. I used the convection setting in the toaster-oven, and the tops of the loaves did not come out really dark and dry.

Tomorrow I'm back to clearing out.
