Making a splash

A long day on poolside today at a swimming gala but all worthwhile as my son got personal bests in most of his races.

During my morning run I stopped to take in some of the beautiful sites of which there are many.

I was tired by the end of the day, swimming galas seem to do that! So a rest before work tomorrow!
