Happy Birthday!

Today was my Mum's birthday... a special one but I'm not allowed to divulge which (although I'm 35 and my Sister is 40, so I'm sure it's pretty easy to work out!). Cheesy arms-length self portrait in a dark room isn't really befitting such a special occasion, but on looking through my phone this morning, it's really all I've got.
We had a fabulous party to celebrate my Mum's birthday, with traditional Turkish music, lots of Turkish food and even more Turkish dancing (my Mum is from Istanbul). Mum surprised us by getting up and singing a song, she also did some belly dancing and had a turn of playing the drum... not the shy and retiring type, my Mother!
