Mono Monday - composition outdoors

This is the old Denison Bridge over the Macquarie River in Bathurst. The new vehicular bridge is seen in the background. This one is still used for foot traffic or bikes.

Tommy’s ashes were returned today. Made me cry again. I do miss my little friend. The Pets at Peace service seems to realise it’s hard to say goodbye. Along with the ashes came some fur, a candle, a poem and sympathy from the owner of the business. He also lost his dog recently and was very sad.

I’m back on a diet and exercise regime as I am slowly gaining weight. Wish me luck. I’m doing the 8 week blood sugar diet by Michael Moseley. I had success with his 5/2 diet in the past but that was some years ago.
