The Last Teaspoon

Why do you always seem to find a teaspoon left in the bowl when you've finished washing up?
It must be that they are smaller and lighter than virtually everything else you're washing up so when you swirl the water round with your hand in an attempt to find anything left the blasted thing swirls round.....just out of reach of your fingers.
Well, that's my theory.
