There aren’t too many positives to being hit by another car. However, when you have to explain to the insurer that someone actually reversed around a blind corner onto a main road at a notorious junction - it really does help that the prat was driving a Tesla. If he attempts to defect the blame we’ll ask for his data download - and if he won’t allow that he must be guilty!!
Oh and we get to play with a Lexus for a couple of weeks on his insurance whilst the car is fixed!
