Telling tales

Some people inquired about the Taffy Thomas event we went to. He was very good, but so too was his 'apprentice' Ian Douglas. It was Ian who introduced me to story-telling. He seemed pleased to see me, mentioned a pub which has story-telling events and suggested I came along. Of course this may be further examples of his story-telling skills!
However, i orded this from the internet to get some more ideas. The stories tend to be traditional but then one puts one's own 'spin' on them. (In my stories cows sometimes become goats!)
