Flood Meadows

A view from the water pumping station on the Voorster Klei.

The ruin is the tower of castle Nijenbeek.
The better part of the year it's dry land all the way to the castle.

It's a rather funny picture, because it feels like the horizon isn't straight.
When actually it is.
