TS Royalist

There was a lot of music and laughter coming from this ship when Cooper and I passed by on our evening stroll. When I returned home, I had to check it out and discovered that it's one of the Sea Cadet flagships. I also discovered that my father-in-law was in the Sea Cadets when he was evacuated to Rothesay just a few miles from here. My extra image was taken towards the head of the loch. I'll probably walk up to the top of our hill to get a different view later, although it is rather midgie tonight so I may just let Cooper check it out himself!


Thank you for the birthday wishes directed at my mother-in-law. A remarkable lady and I think she enjoyed her day.
