Summer

A beautiful day.  Gardening, cutting the grass, visiting neighbours and a few dog walks and some easy cooking.  Still made time to sit in the sun outside my hut for a while too!

Up to Jimmy and Ruth's with eggs and came back with cabbage and lettuce for us and a bucket of chickweed for the hens!  When I went to visit B, J gave me a bottle of wine.  They buy ready meals, now that B can't cook, and the meal deals come with a bottle of wine.  Neither of them drink anymore, so he keeps trying to palm them off on me!  I have pointed out that soft drinks are an alternative, but he reckons the wine is a better bet!
