Granville

The alarm went at 05.30 and we managed to get out of the house by 7am after breakfast, coolbox packing, two mugs of tea, and sorting out the chickens. Then at 08.15 I got a text saying that our ferry was delayed by four hours. We should have been sailing at 3pm.
We stopped on the way for a lovely lunch at Granville and eventually boarded the ferry at 7.30pm, which left Port at midnight, long after I was asleep.
We were due to dock at 08.15 but will not now arrive until 4pm! No information, just technical problems, and just a 15€ voucher given as compensation, my advice is don't travel with Stena!
