Winter

I was met by this view when I opened up our entrance door this morning. It is Winter. I have been met by this same view several mornings already. I am lucky to have a Snow Blow Engine. I have not changed the spark plug or the gear oil or refilled oil on it since I bought it 25 years ago. It only starts and functions when I need it. Things should be like this. If I had delivered it to the dealer for yearly after Winter service, I believe it had cost me the same as I could have bought 2 new ones today. Today we are having our friends J&H and S&G for dinner. Looking forward to that. Mrs B and I will soon have to start preparing for it. Starter slice of salmon on toast. Main course, filet of turkey ++. Dessert caramel pudding made by Mrs.B.
