LONDON Day 1....

... well after a midnight arrival due flight delays and rain loading in the open,  we found our transport from Gatwick to Shoreditch. Arrived okay and hit the sack, the girls were obviously VERY tired so a slow start to our day today.

All good though, the sun was shining and just around the corner from our "digs" Alice had been told to have breakfast at the Cereal Killer Cafe - well what a riot! 

The hostess was a riot and after this sugar fix were were ready for a BIG day.

The hi light for the girls and probably us was the amazing outlook from 244 metres up on the top of my main pic The Shard. What a view - just loved the Tower of London from above. 

We were on a bit of time frame to enable us getting back in time for Alice and Mum and Dad going to the Harry Potter Show (in extra) while we had fun with Hayley, but she was so tired crashed after dinner.
