Walkies today

We met up at Shiremoor Metro and walked to Percy Main, named after the Colliery belonging to the Percy family.

I've never done that walk before so it was a nice change.
It was a dull day but the rain kept off. I was so warm I ended up carrying my coat.
We finished up at the Riverside cafe (not named after the Blipper) 

The Tall guy on the photo is Alan another Blipper who wouldn't take a Blip even though I told him off :(:(
Saw some interesting plants along the way.One resembled my bottle brush plant.No idea what it was.
