Bus Pass Walk

Bus Pass Walk amended due to the inclement weather. We set off from Bar Lane in drizzle, which increased as we walked along the canal. By the time we reached the Five Rise Locks Cafe we were soaked. Realised that my waterproof was no longer waterproof! Other drenched walkers followed us in! We tried to avoid the draw of the pub as it was only midday upon arrival in the village, but it worked the strange magic and we ended up in there until teatime! Early night methinks as meeting my friend for coffee in the morning!
