Father's Day on Tour

The start of our extended NC500 trip around Scotland's Northern coastline on motorbikes saw us travel from Bristol to Dumbarton in one go to get the motorway section of the journey over and done with.  Needless to say, it did rain on us for part of the trip, but the journey did at least finish in the dry.  After an acceptable trip to a local Indian restaurant Incredibish and I proceeded to demonstrate that we really are very poor pool players.   

It was Father's Day the following day and when we checked-in we found that Mark's daughters had sent their card to him at the hotel, so it was waiting there for him.  We also learned later on that there was some money behind the bar for Father's Day drinks ...
