Unsure

I believe this bright guy might be some stage of an Assassin Bug or a very close relative because of the look of his mouth.  If I am wrong, please let me know.  I do know that he and a friend were hanging out on the Texas Mountain Laurel and that they were very small and fast,,,,,,
