After the turkey, the mince pies, the chocolates and the wine, I had a moment in Sainsburys toady when I thought it was a good idea to chuck a couple of lemons in the trolley for a quick fix of vitamin C.

So that'll be Bacardi, Coke and a slice of lemon then...
