Couldn’t see much of the lake this morning, and the inversion layer came down even lower than this! A freezing day.
However, warmed by great company with my photographers group, then U3A lunch group, then the monthly U3A meeting.
Two very interesting talks, the first on the Wanaka App by the person who created this wonderful App and then a talk on the Dunedin Longitudinal Study- The participants are now 45 years old, and what a wealth of information this study is highlighting. Today’s excerpt was on the high correlation between “self-control” as a child and the impact on their health, wealth and life satisfaction.
