Date Night

I met up with Ruth after work tonight for a rather delightful evening of beer, cocktails, slightly too much food and chat. Managed to snaffle up the last can of Farewell Tangerina at Head of Steam, before popping to Las Iguanas. Now, as much as I enjoyed my fried cheese cubes, spicy stew served in a bowl made of bread, churros, cocktails, and World's Most Rummy rum hot chocolate, I would suggest that it's not a particularly great combination for a settled stomach... Oh well, it was totally worth it!

I must say, it's been lovely reconnecting with Ruth lately. We sort of drifted apart and to be honest I'm not really sure why, but I'm very glad we're drifting back together!
