Glorious Morning

Today has been wall to wall sunshine. Even just before CrossFit when this picture was taken at 5:55am. Not a cloud in the sky.

After a two week trial we’ve signed up to a new CrossFit box. As you could guess it’s at a rugby club... one rule, stay off the grass or the groundskeeper will be on to you!
