Seafood Lunch Isle of Ulva

A gentle day after yesterday’s excitement. We drove down to the island of Ulva which you cross over to on what can only be described as a bathtub of a little boat .
Ulva celebrated a year of community ownership on Friday and they have many plans for the island where David Livingstone originated from .
We treated ourselves to a very special seafood lunch all caught locally and it was fab . As we had never eaten oysters before we asked for instructions and the staff were really helpful although I thought they tasted very bland of seawater ! :))
