Dusty Mini

There’s quite a few dusty old relics in No 6 Slip at the Dockyard and this old mini is one of them.

Essentially the Slip is a warehouse for Dockyard event props, vintage vehicles and various projects and it is not open to the public. Despite appearances it is a Scheduled Ancient Monument so certain restrictions apply. Trying to stop crew from smoking the hardest one!

Currently an area is being used for film props. Pigeon poo, dust and the sound of blasting from the adjacent boatyard in the next Slip its another example of the unglamorous reality of film making.

The light early mornings and evenings can be incredible if you can imagine it.
