Rusty Padlock

It's been a few days since I Blipped a rusty padlock so I thought I was well overdue, and here's another one.   It's on the same council building as my Blip from 10th May and I obviously didn't look very hard last time because I thought that was the only rusty padlock securing the windows.  Even though this one is smaller I think it's got even more rust on than the other one.  I might have to go back and check to see if there's any more!
