Ulting Wick

Gloriously sunny day which was timed perfectly for another NGS opening for the gorgeous gardens of Ulting Wick in Essex. We visited in the Spring to see the tulips so it's now nice to see how the garden has changed since they've gone and the roses and dahlias were just so gorgeous - I have garden envy once more!

There are a number of listed black barns in the grounds and to see them smothered in roses was breathtaking. Lovely to see many butterflies and dragonflies around too
