A lovely little boy whilst he was here but a horror when he left.

We were almost late for the Bowen man, but as always he was generous with his time and he sorted my headache and my shoulder pain. 90 minutes later (rather than the 30 that he charges me for) I felt a ton better which has put me in a better mood...

Very warm day today - still a nice cool breeze.
