Kitchen Creations

Todmorden Market was bustling this afternoon with shoppers enjoying another day of lovely sunshine.   This man was selling his own creations of Soups, Stews and Risottos and was doing a roaring trade. All the ingredients (organic) were attractively packaged in a plastic bag and all one has to do is empty the contents into a pan, add water, heat and stir.   I treated us to a Chicken and Porcini Mushroom Risotto.   Looking forward to trying it.
