Pretty Weeds with a Bridge in the Distance

Kind sunny, kinda cloudy, kinda humid with an odd quality to the light in the early afternoon (this was taken in the morning when I dropped my granddaughter off at Drama Camp). Mostly intent on experimenting with my Minolta XG-M 35mm SLR (one of two film cameras I brought with me this summer, the other being a early 50s vintage Zeiss). I'll finish the roll tomorrow and see about sending it in to be processed and scanned then we'll see if the cameras are in the good working condition I think they are and just how much skill and discipline I've lost since I switched to digital years ago and got lazy.

If anyone has any suggestions about where to send my film I'd appreciate it ... and the adventure, as I've been known to observe, continues.
