After a day of orders and delivering decided to wash the bike and have a ride out this evening.
After a good ride on my way home picked up a nail and the rear tyre went down.Luckily not far from my sisters.Shaft driven bike so a bit of a job tomorrow getting the rear wheel off.
Worryingly no tirade of expletives when this happened.Is this because I have started eating muesli?Is this the slippery slope?Is the next stage wearing sandals, reading the Guardian talking nonsense about socialism and social justice.If so it will be time to call the nurse hear the snap of the rubber glove and ask for help because I'm full of ----.I must be getting old.
