Just my luck!

A simple action of stepping down into the garage in my Father's house led to this. A fractured ankle bone with torn ligaments. Just after recovering from a wrist injury from falling off my bike in March.
Seems like the universe is sending me a message.... Slow down maybe. I have no choice now!
