Mr Handley Cops It After Local Rules Amendment

The school that my wife and our three children attended, where our daughter-in-law is a teacher, where daughter Danielle is part-time TA and which is in the same road as where our second offspring and his fiancé live.... (take a breath)..... held their Summer Fayre today.

Boy was it hot, well into the 30 degrees plus celsius.

Anyway, the staff took turns in the stocks and it was Mr Handley, with his best suit on, who didn't expect the dowsing from above treatment from Adam the Caretaker who, I'm sure, would have cleared the rule change with the Head. It was clever too how they funnelled the rainwater down through the back of Adam's head, up his arm and into bucket. Smart thinking at this school :-D
