Rare sighting of a North Bristol Blue

Just home from a delightful high tea gathering of old and new friends in the 4 bedroomed house that Jan has built - this is taken from one of the bedrooms - this amazing woman lived in the garden shed whilst she helped tradesmen build her house. Apart from doing all the legal planning, design, procurement and compliance (the build has been nominated for an award) she has supervised and worked alongside the tradesmen helping with everything that has been done right down to building a stone wall and landscaping the garden. She now only has to finish the painting and electrics so it is almost ready for the market. She is so pleased with the result she wants to move on to another more exotic build project! Anyone got some land with planning permission for the unusual?
