Chateau de Foix

Today Kevin's friend Michael came to stay with us for a few days. He came by train from Barcelona and we drove up to Foix to meet him at the station. Foix is a beautiful old town, built around this medieval chateau, high up in the Pyrenees, near the border with Andorra. It was noticeably colder today and being so much higher up enhanced the effect! My gloves and hat came out of the drawer and boy was I glad of them today!
