Saturday

A friend offered to walk me along to the chemist to get my meds, as I probably wouldn't have been motivated to get there myself by the time they closed at lunchtime. It's a 10min walk each way. We took an hour . I couldn't move, no energy. 
Came home and slept for 2hrs. 

A lot later I went into Stockbridge for a coffee, but quickly decided I couldn't do it. Took a quick shot of the newly again installed Gormley statue in the Water of Leith then came home . 
Slept again.
