Lakeland Trail

In Ambleside today for a Lakeland Trail. There seems to be a tradition that on the hottest day of the year I take part in a run.

Some fools did a 100km trail, starting at midnight.

Some fools did a 55km trail starting at 10am.

This fool could have tried the 23km but was glad he did the 14km one with his cousin and her friends, one of whom is a spritely 75 and fair dotted up! Amazing.

Nice to see Siobhan, and waiting on news about Paul, her husband, and his 55km ultra.
