Christmas dinner

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

Today it is Christmas Day, I really love Christmas!!!

We had a bit of a long lie today and then got up and had a nice breakfast. It was then time to open the Presents, everyone got some lovely things :-).

Today I was in charge of the Christmas dinner!!! Quite a big thing to be on charge of!!! I am pleased to report that all went well and we had a great dinner. We had haggis stuffed portobello mushrooms as a starter, followed by beef tournedos Rossini with duchess potatoes, then for dessert dark chocolate mousse with lemon shortbread and raspberry coulis.

After making and eating all that food I had to have the customary Christmas nap, I woke up in time for the Downton Christmas Special. Excellent :-). All in all an excellent Christmas.
