Fence Post + Fungi

Walked from old Albert Town today where I looked down a rotten tree trunk and spotted the fungi (extra). The largest fungi is about the size of my thumb nail. The fence post was at the beginning of the track.

We are soon going to “Words & Wine”, part of the NZ Mountain Film + Book Festival. Authors of newly published books and poems talk about their books for 90 minutes, while we sip on a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir! Sounds pretty good to me.
