Poppy - Back blip

This morning we took Amanda and Mr T into Bristol for a hospital appointment.  We decided to go to the zoo as we were so close.  Arrived at the zoo before opening time and it was quiet and cool.  Spent a while looking at the flamingos etc and spent some time looking at the flowers.  They do have lovely flower beds.  This was my favourite the back of the poppy and  the light coming through the petals.  After all that hard work it was time for a coffee and you always find something out - we noticed if you were zoo members you got 10% off  so some money saved.  We saw the meerkats who were having fun and our last stop was the butterfly house but it was very hot in there.  By this time the zoo was filling up adn getting very warm so we headed home.  My extra is of the dragonfly that landed on our neighbours pond just as we got out of the car.
