My voice is a few notes lower than it used to be, but it's on the way back......I hope. I'm even going to call work and offer my services, because I feel very guilty leaving them in the lurch yesterday. I'll be back whenever they need me.

I even managed a wee trip out, to return some Xmas pressie shopping and cuppa with Ally. The woman in the shop managed to interpret my squeaks and grunts quite well, but still tried to overcharge me by £14. Luckily Ally was on the ball and made short work of her. Perhaps I am not as switched on yet as I think .
