Christmas All Over Again

Because we were meant to be visiting #1 Daughter on Boxing Day we had kept presents to take down with us so that we could open them together as usual. Our visit was delayed and Daniel had enough excitement yesterday just seeing us in his unwell state.

Today the antibiotics and the eye drops were starting to take effect so #1 Daughter dressed Daniel in his Santa outfit again and we gave him our presents. I just loved the anticipation of him opening this present from K & G, one of the few that don't rely on batteries! It's a boat that you put in the bath and it squirts water from various places.

I loved the sense of anticipation as he opened it but there was just too,too, too much colour everywhere!

The girls then took me to do some shopping now that I have dropped a size in clothes! Thank you. x
