Festival Day

We had a wonderful gathering of over 350 people from our partnership of churches for what had been billed as a ‘Festival Day’ where we enjoyed fellowship, teaching, great singing, food, fun & much more :-)

The weather was quite hot (especially for me) @ 34C, but we kept out of the sun under gazebos & in non-air conditioned rooms!

In the afternoon Mr W & I held a family quiz for those interested, ate a delicious BBQ organised by a very able friend and embarrassed Little Miss whilst dancing with her in a concert - such fun!!

All the more exciting for me as it was held in my secondary school which I haven’t been back to since I was 18yrs old!!
