Celebrating an amazing journey

I headed into London today taking the train to Paddington. It is always an impressive station with plenty of HSTs waiting to depart. This particular engine was painted in a special Diamond Jubilee livery, but the associated slogan struck a chord with me. As I come to the end of my blip year, I thought it could have equally applied to my blip journey through 2012, also amazing in its own less significant way.

I also went to Trafalgar Square to see the Norwegian Christmas tree and to the National Portrait Gallery to see the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize 2012 exhibition. There were some great images!

But somehow this just seemed the right blip for the day.
