Last night saw some imperious music dance played by Gemma Donald and Alan Small. There was even another Blipper present.  The dancing sarks were also in evidence.  Whilst away from HQ our phone was fried during a lightning strike.  Have had to renew the cans and string.

In theory the height of Summer but mostly the height of nonsense.  Went across to Hoy today to recover flagstones from the roof of old Garson.  Sorted out the garage.  It was handy having Ziberoonie’s truck.  It was good to spend some time with Robert McFarlane also.

The weather just won’t stick, is even getting a bit autumnal.  I’ve started writing my Christmas cards.
