Forest bathing

A lovely 11 mile walk in Epping Forest mostly , so kept cool in the trees, with friends , followed by watching The Lion King ( Disney version ) ahead of the new version coming out. My partner has never seen it so now he’s up to speed. Finished off watching The Killers’ set from Glastonbury which brought back great memories from Latitude last year. An excellent day.
