A lovely afternoon on Tramore beach, some of us swam at the far rocks, while others looked on. Bubbles swam out to see me & back to the shore a few times, she enjoyed herself. Kola & Bear paddled, but definitely enjoyed the beach.
On the way back I noticed a small group of Marsh Helleborine, example in extra.
