If you ever have a sore, crampped back, do yourself a favor, and get a set of lacrosse balls. They are small, rubbery, and remarkably sturdy. You can use one, or put two in a sock with a space in between them, and a knot to hold them in place. Then roll on it/them while laying on the ground. Feels rather awesome...
